Allen West “I would not put it past the Islamist-centric President Obama to withhold such support” Israel

During Hanukkah, the American Jewish community remembers the victory of the Maccabean army led by Judah Maccabee against the invading Hellenic army, the restoration of the Holy Temple and the miracle of the oil in the 2nd century BC.

I don’t think President Obama cares much for Jewish history but he probably should, especially before calling PM Benjamin Netanyahu.

During a phone call between Obama and Netanyahu last week, the president reportedly asked Netanyahu “to take a breather from his clamorous criticism” of the interim agreement reached with Iran, David Ignatius reported for the Washington Post Wednesday.

Obama called Netanyahu last Sunday to discuss the interim deal reached with Iran – a deal the prime minister called a “historic mistake.” After Netanyahu reportedly “rebuked” Obama over the interim deal, he told Obama that the permanent accord “must bring about one outcome: the dismantling of Iran’s military nuclear capability,” the article said.

First of all I would recommend our man-child president not take on someone with a warrior’s heart in the vein of the Maccabees, who is a former Airborne Commando in the Israeli Defense Force.

US rolls over on Iran nuke program – by Allen West on November 24, 2013

Nothing good happens late at night, and America just had a modern-day Neville Chamberlain moment. At 3 am in Geneva, Iran and 6 major powers agreed to “temporary relief” of sanctions in return for Iran stopping or scaling back parts of its nuclear program. President Obama has just empowered the number one state sponsor of terrorism, Iran, to pursue its nuclear goals and objectives.

This is not diplomacy, this is abject surrender and appeasement. Iran loses nothing, not a single facility, not any capability to enrich uranium, but we have conceded the one best non-military option: economic sanctions.

President Bill Clinton promised the same in regards to North Korea, and did that have any effect? Not to mention that North Korea has taken an 85-year-old Korean War veteran into detention, and of course we have done nothing.

Iran has held American Christian minister, Saeed Abedini, in prison for nearly a year, and President Obama said nothing about his fate, nor demanded his release. Israel and Saudi Arabia have lost all trust and confidence in America as a credible ally.

Allen West “Obama’s dangerous lie to the Jewish community”

Barack Obama, Benjamin Netanyahu

Written by Allen West

Americans are single-mindedly focused on one particular Obama lie: “If you like your healthcare plan you can keep it period.” This purposeful, blatant deceit of the American people, on top of past lies (such as a crude video being the impetus for the spontaneous demonstration resulting in the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya) has eroded any trust, confidence, and credibility for Barack Obama.

However, there is another lie which has far greater implications for American credibility: “Iran will not get nuclear weapons.”

According to the follow-on reports from the negotiations of the UN P5+1 and Iran in Geneva, President Obama, through his characterless mouthpiece, Secretary of State John Kerry, was willing to end all sanctions against the rogue Islamic regime for minuscule concessions.

Allen West “Let’s be very clear: Islamic totalitarianism is our enemy”

Islam

Recently, US Treasury Secretary Jack Lew and Secretary of State John Kerry held closed-door top-secret meetings to persuade the US Senate foreign relations and banking committees to end sanctions on Iran. The next day, Iraqi President Nouri al-Maliki visited the White House to ask for assistance against terrorist insurgents. Trying to curry favor with either Iraq or Iran is a losing proposition.

Having served in Iraq and Afghanistan, I can tell you it’s well recognized that Iranian influence is heavy in providing weapons, especially explosive force penetrators (EFPs) and training to groups fighting against our deployed men and women. We also know that Iran is led by radical theocrats with one goal in mind: destruction of the smaller Satan (Israel) and the greater Satan (America). We must understand their concept of returning the Mahdi, the hidden Imam, and what that means for the global Islamic revolution and global conquest.

It was George Santayana who said, “those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” It was Japan who had sent a delegation to Washington DC for talks as Admiral Yamamoto’s naval armada steamed towards Pearl Harbor. So history repeats itself as the US has begun negotiations with Iran. Yet according to nuclear experts at the Institute for Science and International Security, Iran could be just one month away from having enough weapons-grade uranium for a nuclear device.

@AllenWest Thanks to Obama’s ineptitude, the balance of power is shifting in the Middle East, and it’s not in our favor.

Thanks to Obama’s ineptitude, the balance of power is shifting in the Middle East, and it’s not in our favor. In a couple hours, we’ll watch the President take credit for avoiding military action no one supported – thanks to his “deft diplomatic touch.”

The fact is, Syria is not our problem, it is the problem of Vladimir Putin and Russia, and whether or not they want Syria to fall into the hands of Islamists. Strategically, if Obama wanted to have had an influence, he would have maintained a residual force in Iraq. But campaign promises override strategic vision.

The real fight in the Middle East for America is against the Muslim Brotherhood and their spawn — and Iran. They must be defeated.

@AllenWest “We cannot afford to destabilize another Middle Eastern country in favor of Islamists and establish terrorist sanctuaries.”

Just watched President Obama’s press conference, post G-20 summit, and am even more concerned. When you study history and understand the series of uncontrollable events that began WW I, we find ourselves not too far from that position now. It’s not just about taking military action against Assad (which in the press conference Obama seemed reticent about), it is about the unintended consequences. President Putin has vowed to continue arms shipments and support, and Iran is issuing orders to its Islamic terrorist dogs for release. The window of opportunity for a quick’ decisive response against Assad has closed. We cannot afford to destabilize another Middle Eastern country in favor of Islamists and establish terrorist sanctuaries. My recommendation? Instead of President Obama delivering a weak’ politically-scripted speech on Tuesday, read “The Guns of August” and learn something about leadership and strategic policy making.

@AllenWest “After watching the Chris Wallace interview: John Kerry is seriously delusional.”

120625_allen_west_shinkle_328

by Allen West via Facebook

Watched the Chris Wallace interview with Secretary of State John Kerry today and I must admit, Kerry is seriously delusional. He actually believes America demonstrates strength by showing Assad, Iran, and our other enemies the “power of our democratic process.” Obama came out Saturday in the Rose Garden and voted ‘present’ then departed to do what he does best, play golf. And this conglomeration of ineptness called the Obama Presidential Cabinet believes they have actually shown resolve? We have lost all credibility and the weak attempts by Obama, and Kerry today to now set Congress up for blame just proves the lack of conviction emanating from the White House. US Navy warships are now cutting donuts in the Mediterranean Sea and I apologize for subjecting our men and women in uniform to this abomination. Obama has made a joke of American exceptionalism and power. Once again I must repeat, elections do have consequences.

@AllenWest Military Action in Syria “The world is laughing while we look weak and reactive. “

AW PJTV

Barack Obama doesn’t get it.

He doesn’t know how or when to use military force and his on-the-job training as “Commander-in-Chief” is embarrassing all of us.

Obama is stumbling towards military action in Syria. He drew a “red line” on chemical weapons use and Syria crossed it. We did nothing and it badly wounded our credibility. Not surprisingly, they used chemical weapons again…but now we are forced to act.

As Obama slowly and publicly puts plans in place for a military strike we’re televising every move so the Syrians can hide their weapons, decentralize their command and control, and make themselves harder to successfully strike.

The world is laughing while we look weak and reactive.

America can do better.

I’m not going to settle for second-rate leadership and you shouldn’t either.

A military campaign needs an objective — we can’t just launch a feel good bombing campaign to try and save face after Obama retreated when he was tested by an insane dictator. If we wanted to use military force, we should have done it immediately and decisively.

Please help me fix Washington. America’s foreign policy is a joke.

We simply can’t keep going on like this. Our adversaries — China, Iran, North Korea, Russia — are watching us and measuring our weakness while our allies are confused and bewildered.

Take a stand, and together, let’s make America strong again.

Steadfast and Loyal,

Lt. Col. Allen B. West, USA (ret)
U.S. Congressman (2011-2013)

PS: America can do better. Obama’s foreign policy is a complete joke and we look silly and weak in the eyes of our enemies. Also consider supporting The Allen West Guardian Fund this will help elect leaders with integrity, a strong work ethic, and conservative principles in 2014 and make America strong once again.

Allen West ” Today we have a weak appeaser of a president meekly asking the Iranian leaders to please convince us their nuclear program is peaceful”

AW23

by Allen West via Facebook

In his Norwuz greetings to the people of Iran, President Obama says, “Now is the time for the Iranian government to take immediate and meaningful steps to reduce tensions.” Say what? 26 years ago we had President Reagan standing at the Brandenburg Gate saying, “Mr. Gorbachev tear down this wall.” Today we have a weak appeaser of a president meekly asking the Iranian leaders (who slaughtered their own people during the Green revolution while he watched) to please convince us their nuclear program is peaceful. This is the same “statesman” about to head to Israel…to do what, exactly? So much for the glory of American presidential leadership and stature.
