News that Army Judge COL Osborne has ruled that Nidal Hasan’s power point presentations and email contacts with Anwar al-Awlaki cannot be introduced as evidence is disturbing. This is the judge who was brought on because the previous Army Judge demanded Nidal Hasan shave his beard and present a military appearance — and this judge allowed the bearded Islamic jihadist to defy Army discipline. For Judge Osborn to rule that the evidence was, well, “too old,” perhaps if there had not been a four-year wait this would have not been the case. Why has Hasan not been charged with treason and aiding the enemy, as PFC Bradley Manning was? Are there invisible hands involved in this case? It appears that political correctness is ruling the day in the Army that I love.

  1. Simple. The judge has received threats against their safety and/or the safety of their family members if they don’t do as they are told. Worked with Chief Justice Roberts and it would work with you and me as well if we assess it honestly. Our nation is in the grip of total thug, worthless slime who rule by violence. I’m disgusted.
