HOUSTON, TX. February 4, 2013 – True the Vote announced today that it filed a lawsuit against the St. Lucie County, Florida Supervisor of Elections, to enforce record inspection rights under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) and the Florida Constitution. True the Vote demands that all records pertaining to the recent 18th Congressional Districtelection and subsequent recounts between Rep. • We cannot depend upon any government organization to contaminate our voting process. Otherwise, we may very well end up with a dictatorship instead of a President, or what we have now, and I am not even sure if he is even a citizen. And, there should never be a reason for the UN to be involved. The current tally machines probably need to be scrapped as I suspect that they can be easily tampered with. Anybody voting needs a picture ID, otherwise no vote. Anybody can get a photo ID at the Division of Motor Vehicles – that is not too much to ask for such an important decision. I don’t believe that Colonel Allen West lost that election, and I am not even sure that Obama won re-election. As citizens we need to be able to trust the appartus. As far as all tabulations, they need to be done by average citizens – just like the way juries are decided. Hopefully, that will reduce the corruption. The American People are good and fair – it is the government we all need to be wary of. Power corrupts and ultimate power corrups ultimately. I do hope that this battle will make it clearly apparent that these things are necessary. Colonel West is a good man and the people like him – why – because he tells the truth – something the citizens don’t have in Washington right now. I, honestly, don’t know if there are any righteous representatives – maybe a few and maybe a few, sometimes. We need good presentatives all the time. Based on the last couple of years, I know of only one representative that should have received any pay. Since they did not represent the people’s agenda, there is no reason for them to serve and they need to be removed from office. If you don’t work, you shouldn’t get paid. I figure that over 90 percent owe the taxpayer’s money – their salaries. Everybody was just waiting on the next election – did not want to make any waves. If you want to get somewhere, you will make some waves. So busy trying to protect their jobs, that they could very well lose their jobs by not doing them. I do not expect to agree with my representatives all the time, but I do expect them to work – even in a hostile environment.
