On the day our country eclipsed the 16 trillion dollar debt mark,
former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland referred to President Barack Obama as an economic patriot at the DNC convention.
Well, you have to rank Governor Strickland’s classification of President Obama’s patriotism right up there with Benedict Arnold.
As well, Mayor Cory Booker obviously believes that the top 25 percent of wage earning households who pay 87 percent of federal taxes in America are not patriotic.
Silly me. I thought serving a career in the military in several combat zones was patriotic…and being the third of four generations which has done so. Well Mrs. Obama, THAT is the American dream, and why I have always been proud of my country.
